So I reinstalled FCPX and some how the scale option is missing from the effects window. Can someone help?
MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2011), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)
Try resetting your preferences. Hold Opt-Cmd as the application launches. Post screenshots of what you're seeing.
I tried the holding down Opt_Cmd and still same thing. Here's a scree shot of what I see when I select a clip.
Scale is under Transform. Put the pointer over the Transform bar and click to open it.
